Biophilia, simply put, is the love for life or living things. This can be seen anywhere you go, with the human tendency to interact with people and animals. But biophilia also accounts for interaction with plant life. Most of us don't know the countless benefits that plants, be it indoor or outdoor, bring to our health and well-being. Team ESTEEM's latest campaign aims to educate people about these benefits, and encourage everyone to get a plant of their own.
