Do you have difficulty sleeping at night, yet can't seem to stay awake during the day? Your circadian rhythm is probably in need of some regulation!
Our body’s circadian rhythms are kept in sync by various cues, including light. The sun is the best way to align your circadian rhythm with the day-night cycle, but if you spend the majority of your time indoors, you may need to supplement.
Over the past two years, we've tested tunable white lighting for circadian entrainment at our office. We've experienced mixed results, but a new technology from BIOS is changing the circadian lighting game for good.
