Birth rates are declining in our largest cities as the number of children born per woman drops, according to new KPMG data. 

KPMG Urban Economist, Terry Rawnsley, joined Carla Bignasca to discuss how the cost of living crisis has contributed to these drops and the increase in Brisbane outer suburbs.
