Birth stories are beautiful and inspiring, but labor & delivery doesn't always go as we expect and we need to honor the whole arrary of emotions that go along with giving birth.

Happy healthy baby ISN'T "all that matters" our mental health as moms matters too. We all deserve to have space held for us to process the highs and lows surrounding our birth story. Giving birth may have been the most joyous and empowering day of your life & also been the most challenging -- this episode seeks to normalize that!
