In this solo episode, I recap my milestone birthday and the overwhelming love I felt around me. This hasn’t always been the case, but I’ve learned to see all of them as a gift no matter what they looked like. I started using the phrase “I get to” before everything I say, and it’s been a game changer. For example, “I get to” exercise instead of “I have to,” and “I get to” turn 50!

I also ask for a birthday gift, something I normally wouldn’t do, but this was a special one (I guess they all are really). Then, I share stories of different things I’ve manifested over the years and offer some tips on how you can manifest, too. I’m so thankful for this life and where I am now.
