Y'all I can not get my mind under control. I have brain fog like a mother#$%$#! It is going 24/7 in no particular order. From Work, business, personl, mom stuff wife stuff, this garden my mind is on 1000000. It is out of control. My Chakras are not aligning lately and i can figure what to take off my plate to get some mental clarity.
