Big goals are not accomplished overnight. If your goals can be completed in one week then your goals are not big enough.
Sometimes we can look at everything that needs to be done and it can seem overwhelming. Our task list can seem daunting, and we don’t even know where to get started. We all know the key is just that-get started. But one thing that can help is to focus on those areas where you can improve just a little bit and then be consistent and improve a little more next week.
As long as you have a direction and a vision, just take the goals in bite sized pieces and start working on them. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
