If you struggle to pay attention, you're not alone.   In the western, highly digitized world, we experience distractions every 8 minutes.  Many of these distractions come from the technology that is supposed to be giving us more time - our digital devices. 

In this episode I talk about how to pay attention and some of the practices that might help us regain our focus.  In this episode, I cover:

1. Multitasking and why the human brain is not designed to do this well;
2. Digital distractions and how they are designed to 'steal' our attention;
3. Learning to stay in the present;
4. Mindfulness for improved observation;
