The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach globally.

Led by founder and CEO Tim Kelly, BitOoda is a digital asset platform company whose core expertise is providing institutions with capital markets advisory, product engineering, and brokerage solutions.

The company currently offers a financial swap, a physical hashpower contract, and business lines in advisory services and next-generation financial solutions.
