The events that could very well lead to bitterness have never impeded God‘s purpose for your life. However, allowing the bitterness to take over throws us out of alignment and can prevent great things from taking place. We have the free will and ability to cast down bitterness so that it doesn’t take over. Gods never going to give us excuses for becoming bitter. He will allow for us to go through all the rough times, and in seeing the things that could make us bitter, we can instead allow for it to point out another way that God is good to us.
