This episode we talk about the heat, The Michelob Guy, and minding ya dang business. The drink today is an Aperol Spritz. Start off with a wine glass with a good amount of ice in it and do a 3:3:2 part ratio of Prosecco to Aperol to Club Soda. Equal parts Aperol and Prosecco and then topped with club soda. Enjoy and drink carefully, these can sneak up on you! So... this episode was supposed to come out at the end of June, however some schedule conflicts came up, but here it is, better late than never! To make this drink you will need 2oz of Gin (We used this episodes' sponsor, Rally Gin), 0.5oz Orgeat, and 0.75oz of Lemon Juice (fresh if you can get it). You'll want to combine that in preferably a Boston Shaker with ice, give that a good shake and strain into a rocks/lowball glass over ice. 1.5 oz Campari

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

Top with soda water in a high ball glass

Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice (not necessary)
