In this episode Transform2Balance founder and Tiddy Hall Podcast host Trisha talks about the many ways in which humankind has celebrated the Summer Solstice. Through her own inspiration of pagan traditions, Trisha started the Annual Summer Solstice Celebration in 2017 - a night of magic and community. This week's slice of wellness includes a guided meditation focusing on the heart, solar plexus, and gratitude for the journey thus far.
