A Pennsylvania fast-food fan had the final send-off that he would have wanted - well that's according to his family who decided to make one last stop to his favourite fast-food joint before heading to the cemetery. It is reported that David Kime Jr, 88-years old at the time of his death, 'lived by his own rules', so the family decided to honour him with one final visit. A burger was placed on his coffin before it was lowered into his grave. Each person in the funeral procession also managed to get a burger as well.
