I am deeply troubled by what our kids (in New South Wales) are told about how they are assessed for their final year at school. I looks as if I am alone on this one. As I read other sources I have come up with a macabre tale of a community dinner where the pet dog, cat and cockatoo (common Australian bird) meet a twight zone style end.
