If you've been around my other podcast, you'll know I quite enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu currently - so much so I spent a month in Montana last year in a 30-day Budokon Guru Killer intensive that fundamentally changed my outlook on *many* things, and solidified my opinion on a great many others. In time, I guess I may dissect those.
