Book 3 of the field guide addresses the question, How do I lead all these people, anyway. They’re all so different?

This piece by St. Gregory talks about something that bugs almost everyone. Why are there people who succeed at everything, and people who seem to succeed at nothing. Gregory doesn’t explain it away, he just sheds some light on some things that maybe we’ve never considered.
