Damon Whitaker is passionate about supporting healthy relationships, marriages, and families. His wealth of experience provides an unmatched perspective, care, and authenticity to the strengths and needs of those he serves. His vision is to strengthen existing relationships and marriages, eventually leading to a transformational impact for the next generations to have thriving, loving, and healthy relationships. Damon has had the honor and privilege of positively impacting hundreds of families and dozens of couples each year for the last decade and a half. He has done this through motivational speaking, community programs, church ministries, one-on-one coaching, and leadership development. Damon has gained invaluable hands-on experience working with those he loves to serve, which led him to advance his knowledge through his studies at the WNM University, Cal State East Bay, and at this time, pursuing his master's degree at Western Seminary.

Damon acknowledges that one of his most outstanding achievements was the opportunity to marry the woman of his dreams and best-friend, Kameelah Whitaker, known as Lady K. The two started their friendship over 21 years ago, which led to over 17 years of marriage. They have four beautiful children, which are three sons and one daughter. Damon loves seeing his family thrive and helping them reach their given God's purposes. He believes that fatherhood and being a husband are the highest honor any man could have in this lifetime. Damon is far from perfect, but those who know him best know he loves God, his family, and serving the community.
