As a native of Oakland, California, Aaron Dolores is the founder of Black Arrow (FC). Black Arrow (FC) is a lifestyle brand focused on the intersection of soccer and black culture. Since launching in May of 2017, Black Arrow (FC) has been featured in The Undefeated, has partnered with Everyday People, and has teamed up with World Soccer Shop to present a limited edition collaboration with Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan.

In addition to building out his vision for Black Arrow (FC), Aaron aims to help brands understand the complex mindset of influencers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals. Aaron has also consulted for companies such as Facebook and Yahoo in addition to running another company of his, Mixologi.
