The Sea of Cortez is abundant with marine life, including many great white sharks. However, the area may also be home to one particular predator that is twice the size of the great white and has a history of attacking the local fishing boats since 2008. It is reportedly 50 feet long with a 5-foot tail, teeth the size of a man's hand, and a dark color that makes it seem like a living shadow under the water.
