Mr. Clingmans says, "I don't know about you, but I am tired of Black folks having all the "potential" in the world... Like 'power,' potential is only realized, or brought to fruition, if it is utilized; otherwise, how would you know you had potential if your never used it?

Mr. Clingman contends: "If we concentrated more on selling than on buying, more on producing rather than consuming, and more on saving rather than spending, we could harness our "sellikng power" and take greater control of our collective economic future."

We will discuss solutions for transforming Black Economic Potenital into Economic Power.
