We all naturally deal with grief so I wanted to show ways that I’ve been dealing with and have dealt with grief from loss . My coHost and I staged a counseling session in Oder to show that sometimes we as folks need help in dealing with tragic loss and haviving a outside source(counselor) to speak to isn’t bad but it helps our mental health.
