D'Annette Stephens is a native from Virginia. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2016. She has over 5 years of training experience and 1 year of managerial experience in fitness. She holds a Bachelor’s Arts in Human Resources and has currently been accepted to Long Island University Brooklyn Campus to obtain a Masters in Exercise Science with a strength and conditioning concentration. She takes time to build inter-personal relationships with her clients and she drives the concept of teaching her clients mental confidence they need for life. She believes that exercise does not have to be a daunting task and she prides herself in making training sessions fun, challenging and effective.
