What's up guys! I am very happy to finally be doing an episode that fully touches on mental health. I know that I snuck in a few sentiments regarding mental health in my last two videos, but this episode is all in. This episode is pretty raw, and very much candid. Along with discussing the nature of my mental health, I also explain how a lot of the issues that I'm facing stem from the societal nuances that come with being a black girl.
