Education is empowering.

To be honest, we didn’t know a lot about Black history in Canada and we don’t remember it ever being taught in school.

So we did the research ourselves and we want to share what we learned with you from Canada’s part in the slave trade and some amazing women we wished we knew about earlier.

We hope this lights a fire inside of you to learn more as it did for us.
