For Black History Month, OCR Sociology Subject Advisor, Tom Genillard, talked to two Black teachers about what Black History Month means to them and their experiences as Black teachers in the UK. Our guests also shared tips and advice for teachers and students on creating a diverse, inclusive community in the classroom and overcoming challenges.
