Reynelda Solitaire has put a lot of time in Boys & Girls Clubs, Tacoma Schools (as this was recorded she is serving as athletic director at Foss IB World School), and also helps manage the office of her brother's counseling/therapy business. Dave and Reynelda talk about the importance of mental health in the black and brown community, taking advantage of opportunities, and then we throw in a little NBA hoop...
