Black is not a monolith.  We are just a varied and different as any other group of people.  Some of us like rap, some of us like old school rock and some of us like heavy metal.  I wasn't familiar with black heavy metal artists, so I did some digging and found some.  If you are into metal, you can't go wrong with Sevendust.
