But what IS Black content?

What constitutes content being deemed as “geared toward a Black audience?”

Does it have to feature a Black director, have Black actors in the lead roles, feature topics that are considered “Black-centric" and be a story told from a Black perspective?

And can a White person EVER write and direct a Black TV Show or Movie that is historically accurate, and more importantly… Captures the essence of the Black experience?
