One of the most prolific R&B songwriters and producers ever, Thom Bell crafted unforgettable songs with The Delfonics, The Stylistics, Spinners, and other artists. He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and Musicians Hall of Fame/Museum in 2006 and 2016, respectively. Thom sadly passed away in 2022 at the age of 79. He was announced as a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee this week in the Musical Excellence Award category. Absolutely well-deserved!
