Today’s menu: In our first course, we’ll introduce you to pastry chef Paula Hsu, who is the founder of Afterglow Bakery, which makes amazing pastries and uses them as a medium to encourage self-awareness. In our second course we’ll learn about a special cake with a popular Taiwanese ingredient which she designed to benefit the Black Lives Matter movement! And in our third and final course, we’ll be sampling that cake right here in the studio.
