No regular episode this week. We have chosen to participate in the Podcast Blackout (even if we are a little late), as it did not feel right to remain silent amidst the racial violence and police brutality not only in America, but in Canada as well. We are taking this time to listen, self-reflect, and educate ourselves as white-passing biracial Canadians who have undeniably benefited from white privilege. We support the demonstrations and the Black Lives Matter movement. We urge you to do what you can to help, whether it be donating, protesting, signing petitions, amplifying black voices, and/or calling out the racism and discrimination you witness in your daily life.
