We all must do our part to end racism and systemic oppression in society. This includes having difficult discussions about privilege, behaviour, and police brutality. Jordan and Keegan share their thoughts off the top of the episode and we hope that you will stick with us to hear what we have learned over the last few weeks and our commitment to continue to learn about the history of systemic racism, as well as how to make things better for the Black community and people of colour.

Later, the guys jump into the NHL's return to play format and highlight some potential scenarios that offer maximum chaos for the playoffs and draft lottery. They briefly discuss their predictions for the Eastern Conference qualifying round and the Senators Foundation's split from the Ottawa Senators organization.
