Having served his community since 2013, Jeremiah has had a measurable impact on youth. By helping students achieve their goals beyond sports, he raises mental health awareness and provides financial literacy to gain scholarships. He teaches them about accountability and putting forth action.

 The L.E.A.D (Leaders Embracing All Dreams) has taken his company, The L.E.A.D (Leaders Embracing All Dreams), to the next level, offering it to schools and sports teams across NYC. His goal is to reach as many youths as possible, serving as a mentor and role model and inspiring student-athletes across the country.
