In today's world of social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook, we often see various perceptions of beauty.  We compare ourselves to others in appearance, status and style, focusing on the world's definition of Beauty, and often forgetting about the beauty within ourselves. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), mom, wife and career woman, I have over fifteen years of professional and personal experience with trauma, abuse and issues related to women.
