Mental health is a serious problem in America today.  A true pandemic is a disease so prevalent within a country that everyone in that country knows someone that has the disease or knows someone who knows someone that has the disease.  Now I don't know about you, but I don't know anyone that has the Corona Virus or anyone that knows someone that has the virus.  This is amazing being that I work with the most at risk individuals for the Corona Virus [people experiencing homelessness].  However, everyone reading this or listening to this episode of Black Table Talk, and probably everyone in America knows someone with a mental disorder {ADHD, ADD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, an Eating Disorder, Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorder, schizophrenia etc ...].  If you don't know someone with a mental disorder you most certainly know someone who knows someone who has a mental disorder.   Let's stop ignoring the real pandemic and deal with it head on.
