African does not have a money problem, it has a leadership problem. They are over 18 Billionaires I can name on the Continent, they are over a dozen mineral resources on the Continent yet it’s the poorest Continent in the world. The problem is not a lack of resources or money, it’s a failure to lead and stupidity amongst the ruling class
