The Afro American newspaper endorses James "Pigpen" Torrence for Baltimore City Council Seat.  District 7 is the dirtiest district in the dirtiest city in America, Baltimore City.  The Afro Charities, as sister company of the Afro American Newspaper, was given $500,000 from Mayor Brandon Scott.  Then they endorse Brandon flunky, Torrence, among others.  Our special guest is Shannon Sneed who is running for the President of the Baltimore City Council seat.
