In this episode De'Jene' introduces herself to the show. Her, Rome and Reamy discuss the topic of why black men seem to appreciate everything, but a black woman and if the fight is really between black men and black women or is it black people vs. everybody. Rome brings up a point about how when one black man makes a mistake all black men have to take the fall for it. De'Jene' brings up a point about how most successful black men that are married are rarely ever married to a black woman and if they are, it's a light skinned black woman. This leads into them talking about the issue of colorism in the black community and the effects of it
