May 31st - Jun 1st 1921 marked one of the deadliest massacres in the United States. A prosperous African American community known as "Black Wall Street" was desecrated and essentially burned to the ground. Many people lost their lives that day. More importantly, the story has not been told as prominently as it should have. In this episode, we start by highlighting the events that took place roughly 100 years ago and follow-up by how those events embolden us to make sure we discuss the opportunities and that our community has in front of us today to invest and build wealth.
