Many people know Zac Parsons as the co-owner of Honey Moon Coffee Company with multiple locations in Evansville, Indiana. Others may know him from his home stomping ground days in Phoenix, Arizona. Some have experienced him as the force behind Evansville's TED-X chapter, a consistent fixture in Habitat for Humanity projects, adjunct professor at the University of Evansville and the University of Southern Indiana, and in the mix of virtually every community event on the calendar. Zac relentlessly builds bridges between people, groups, and organizations, and that is by design. Parsons was drawn to non-profit work and earned a masters degree in organizational psychology because serving and connecting is the core of his being. Listen in as we dissect the social science impact that has brought the world to its knees. We're experiencing catastrophic social, racial, and economic division that threatens irreparable damage to our culture and individual relationships. In this episode of the Black & White Podcast, Zac provides three steps you can take to avoid social division and instead build productive bridges of friendship and cooperation. Enjoy!

Joe Klemczewski is a pioneering health scientist and fitness entrepreneur who academically moved from orthopedic physical therapy to nutrition and then health education as he built his company The Diet Doc, LLC. He later pursued personality and developmental psychology through a masters of fine arts in creative and professional writing. After finishing his MFA in the Department of Writing, Linguistics, and Creative Process at Western Connecticut State University, he studied social psychology at Harvard for two years before transferring to finish a Masters of Social Sciences at Ohio University.
Klemczewski's goal for the second half of his career is to help fitness professionals and nutrition coaches integrate a level of social intelligence and awareness into their service models in an effort to help clients achieve more complete, sustainable health transformations. The Black & White Podcast joins his media efforts including The Diet Doc Life Mastery Podcast, Contest Prep University Podcast, and hundreds of interviews and lectures by adding a unique twist. With Black & White already in the planning phase, the racial tensions and riots of 2020 pushed Klemczewski to expedite production and begin with a series of interviews exploring our common values. The Black & White Podcast crashes into the nuances of culture, it challenges binary thinking, labeling, and dividing. The human race is ready to move beyond black and white thinking and the Black & White Podcast is ready to deepen connections.
