Toni McNeil (she/hers) is the Lead Community Organizer with Faith in the Valley and an Unapologetically Black Unicorn. Toni does community organizing in rural areas and she shares how there are lack of services and support in those communities. They talk about trauma being passed down in the Black community and why the work always has to be trauma informed, moving toward creating more healing spaces for Black people and the impact of Safe Black Space.
