Here we talk about past trauma, how it impacted our lives and what we did to overcome the cycle of self destructive behavior. It's a constant effort to grow and learn by sharing. Resilience, coping, and breaking the cycle of depression, self destruction  and unhappiness.  The power to improve your life is within! All the pain and trauma we lived through.  It's a choice of taking positive steps to thrive and leave the past where it belongs!
