CanIronX - July 2 - 5, 2015, the Cape Breton Blacksmith Association is hosting the largest Canadian blacksmithing event in Nova Scotia, CA.  Visit the website www.canironx.ca for details on the line-up of demonstrators, the accomodations and the registration page.

International Blacksmiths Day - May 23, 2015 -Every year on the 4th Saturday in May is International Blacksmith Day.  This day is to celebrate all the blacksmiths in the world as well as to promote the craft by opening up your smithy and inviting visitors to come in and view the craft, maybe swing a hammer too!
