Malachi 4:5-6 only happens if we LISTEN to one another. To tell young people they are to be seen and not heard, or I am your elder, just do what I tell you to do, doesn't work.

We know "Honor" and "Elders" and, what other words have become bad to the next generation. Why? Partly because we have abused these titles, and overstepped, and... we have a very sensitive generation, that is triggered very easily.
