How often do you use the excuse "I'm Tired"? It is time to stop that. If you really care about your dream and your future, the word tired doesn't matter. If you are tired, take a nap then get your work done. If you use the excuse "I am tired", but you don't actually go and do the work, you aren't tired, you are just lazy.
