In our third episode of the Let’s Dish podcast, we hear about the experience of Blanca Alvarez Rojas, the “unicorn” of the MS in Construction Management course here at NYU SPS. The construction industry is as we know, “a male dominated industry”. Diversity, equity and inclusion is a very important part of any business’ hiring process today but do we agree on them making decisions just to fulfill requirements or do we want them to make decisions because people they hire make a difference.
