What is Rastafari—really?

For decades, the Rastafari movement has been misunderstood, reduced to stereotypes about dreadlocks, reggae music, and cannabis. But behind those images is a rich history rooted in African identity, spirituality, resistance, self-determination, and the ongoing pursuit of liberation.
