So this past weekend was our regularly scheduled recording date... However, Coach Corian and I decided to get away for a much needed weekend get away to reconnect with nature so we traveled to the Great Smokey mountains in Tennessee and remained unplugged! 

That's where the inspiration for replaying this episode came in! In episode 63, Corian and I chat about living in the moment, and taking a few moments to sit back and recognize; where you are currently, and being grateful for the small things in life.

In the hustle and bustle of the fast paced world, it's easy to become wrapped up in all the work, or all the stress that we forget to take a step back and enjoy the moment you're in now.
