Attorney David Sergi joins Blazed Weekly News this week to discuss the recent flip of Texas turning blue. 12 new Democrats were elected Tuesday night this week, notably Governor, lieutenant governor, and Senator for Congress all turned blue.
David also discusses his case for the hemp industry in the litigation and the hearing that was held Tuesday of this week. 

Chiming in to talk policy is cannabis and hemp activist Brian Dombrowski from Austin discusses the possibilities of both the hemp industry and the medical TCUP coexisting one day soon here in the Lone Star State. 

Rachel and Russell discussed the opportunities as we near the 90th legislative session in Texas and the team introduces the new Podshack Studios in Round Rock.

Upcoming lawsuit from this week's plaintiff and attorney introduced both Austin Hubbard of the Texas Hemp Constitutional Alliance and his legal Council Roger Borgelt. 

The case argues the constitutional merit and the authority of DSHS and its rule making powers. The upcoming lawsuit argues that the state agency cannot make laws or change HB 1325 the case is coming up in the few weeks and may have Major Impact since this is about Texas constitutional law and the authority given to its agencies.
