The Kamloops Blazers held a press conference on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, to introduce Shaun Clouston as the club's GM/head coach and Tim O'Donovan as assistant GM.

Clouston has been the Blazers' head coach since the 2019-2020 WHL season. O'Donovan has been with the team in various roles since 2009, most recently as director of hockey operations for the past two seasons.

The organizational changes come in the wake of the surprise departure of former GM Matt Bardsley, who has taken a scouting role within the Philadelphia Flyers' organization.
